At Prophecy, each order is prepared with intention and care. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume releases, launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping timeframes vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or events outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Prophecy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused and returned to us, the customer is responsible for:

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
