Where can i track my order?
You will receive tracking via email. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking to update.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding the weekend and major holidays. USA 7-10 Days.
Return policy
We do not offer refunds.
Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future order.
How do exchanges work?
All sales are final.
Local purchases may be exchanged in person at Retro Drip within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability and approval.
Orders placed outside the local area must submit an exchange request through our contact form within 14 days of delivery, or via email @ prophecysgalleria@gmail.com. Once approved, instructions will be provided.
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds.
How do i choose the right size?
An easy way to calculate your size is to use our Size Guide. To access the Size Guide, simply open the product page of your choice and click on details or scroll through the product images. Doing so will provide you with all the sizing details you need. Enjoy your shopping!
