Returns & Exchanges

At Prophecy, each piece is produced in limited quantities and released with intention. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

Items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition with original packaging

Prophecy reserves the right to refuse any exchange or store credit request that does not meet these conditions.

Local Purchases

Items purchased locally may be exchanged in person at Retro Drip within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection, availability, and approval.

Online & Out-of-Town Orders

Customers must submit an exchange request within 14 days of delivery by:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Store Credit

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.

Store credit:

  • Does not expire

  • Cannot be refunded to original payment method

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

  • Final sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may resolve the issue.

Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase with Prophecy, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Exchanges Policy and our Terms of Service.

Prophecy reserves all rights regarding final determination of eligibility for exchanges and store credit.
